Documentation

Global Maritime, Inc. has experience in letter of credit presentation including AID, Exim Bank, and complex letters of credit. We works closely with our customers to negotiate their letter of credit. This is to protect them from any future discrepancies in the documents required under the letter of credit.  This includes generating the bill of lading, certificate of origin, legalization, and authentication required by the foreign embassies.

Export Documentation

Shipping export documents are essential documents used in the shipping industry and are utilized by our company's shipping process. All shipments imported and exported from the U.S. are required to be supported with proper freight and shipping documentation.

  • Certificate of Origin

  • Shipper Export Declaration

  • Dock Receipt

  • Shipping Instructions

  • Packing List

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Bill of Lading

  • Export Power of Attorney

The expert team at GMI will thoroughly handle all shipping documentation, ensuring a smooth shipping process from start to finish.

Processing these export documents can be time consuming and tedious. Let GMI effectively handle this task with our experience and tools.

USAID and Government Export Documentation

GMI is one of a few forwarders who understands and works with a letter of credit established under the United States for International Development (USAID) as well as Exim Bank and government contracts under preferred cargo rules.
