Consulting
GMI will consult with both the shipper and the consignee to better understand the components of the project and provide the most economical transportation proposal.
Design
GMI will design the most cost effective packaging and determine the most economical shipping solution including inland transportation (rail or truck), port of exits, and method of transportation (containerization, break-bulk or air).
Assistance
GMI will assist both parties to establish a clean, workable letter of credit that will satisfy and protect both parties from any discrepancies and delays. Notably, GMI is also a pioneer in shipping large steel pipes in containers, being the first independent NVOCC in America capable of loading heavy steel pipes into containers in their own yard or at the customer manufacturer facility.
